Delete Account & Data
You can ask us at any time to delete your Learn With Me account and all associated data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, please email:
Email: support@gudanigrowthhub.com Subject: Delete My Account
Use the subject line “Delete My Account” and, if possible, send the email from the same address you used to register in the app. This helps us confirm we are deleting the correct account.
What will be deleted
When we process your request, we will delete:
- Your parent account email and profile
- Your child profile(s) and avatar(s)
- Game progress, scores, and level history
- Gameplay analytics linked to your account
Backups and legal requirements
Some information may remain for a limited time in encrypted backups, which are automatically rotated and are not used for active processing. In certain cases, we may keep specific records if required by law, but these will not be used for learning analytics or app features.
